This notice covers the enquiry form on this site.
What we collect
The details you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, destination, where you are flying from, travel dates, number of travellers, what you need help with and your message. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit spam; we cannot turn it back into your address.
Why we collect it
To reply with options and a quote for your trip, and to contact you about that enquiry. We do not use it for marketing or sell it.
Where it is stored
In our database on servers we operate, with access limited to the FlyVoila travel desk.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries after 12 months unless a booking follows, in which case the booking record is kept as the law requires.
Who processes it for us
Our hosting provider, which runs the servers, and Resend, which delivers the emails we send you about your enquiry.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your enquiry at any time by emailing [email protected].
